In principle, we grant the warranty of 12 months from the first sale on all products, which applies within the EU (excluding wearing parts, battery 6 months and motor 6 months).
Please keep the proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice) in a safe place. These documents are considered necessary proof of purchase for your product. If this proof cannot be provided, Mofascoot reserves the right to refuse a warranty repair.
In the event of a warranty claim, Mofascoot has the option to repair or replace the defective parts at its own discretion. If a component of the same type, size or color is no longer available, Mofascoot can provide a part that can be viewed as a successor component to compensate for the warranty claim.
